Job Summary: We are seeking a DevOps Monitoring Engineer with a strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring. You will help to develop, test, and implement monitoring and analytic solutions as a shared function in support of driving business value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop monitoring solutions in support of IT operations systems, infrastructure, and applications; both cloud and on-premises
• Support and deliver using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (GIT)
• Enable systems with automated monitoring and alerting
• Support the team and customers with day-to-day requests, change and incident tickets
• Ensure automated security is built into each technology stack
• Develop ingest pipelines, visualizations, and dashboard capabilities for structured and unstructured data
• Develop triggered alert functionality to show on-screen alerts and send events to ITSM and Event Management Platforms
• Develop automation using .NET, PowerShell, Go, Python, Perl, and/or other coding languages
• Configure and deliver Application Performance Monitoring using tools like AppDynamics and/or Elastic APM
• Support technology stack refresh on systems (end-to-end) when required

Requirements:

• Four-year Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
• 3 or more years of experience supporting enterprise-level platform installations
• 3 or more years of experience with Agile development and planning methodologies
• 3 or more years of experience in performance monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
• 3 or more years of experience in automated code testing
